Notification bar not working

After the last update of HOME, the notifiation bar is unresponsive in portrait mode. The top part of the screen is completely unresponsive.

Sorry to know that

If you experience any problem, try to boot into safe mode,  to check if any third party applications might be involved in the problem you’re having.

No change even in the safe mode. I checked the Diagnostics in the system setting, and its a thin strip right at the top which is completely unresponsive.

Did you try clean data and cache of Home?
Please note that by doing so, you'll lose your icons organization

Yup. Done a factory reset also.

- Clean data and chache of home dind´t help, right?

- Boot into safe mode and Software Rapair using Xperia Companion dind´t solve it, am i right?

I also have the same problem with notification bar in portret mode. In landscape mode it works just fine, but in portret it does not work.
