My hot spot tethering isnt working on my new z3

Hotspot not working. Not being seen by either tablet or projector. It worked on my old z3. Comes up with error, Three say it's not their fault. Very frustrating

Odd that it worked on a previous Z3

We're the firmware builds the same?

I've seen cases where some firmwares will tether but some others won't.
