My mom just got a jused phone from a friend, but when we put in her simcard the phone just restarts over and over - and we can't turn the phone off or do anything.
I got the phone turned off by using the small Off button by the simcard, but even after that it still restarts every time we turn it on.
Can anybody help me and my mom?
