Lost fingerprint option on z5

Hello 

I have suddenly lost fingerprint option on my Z5.I have tried to reset to factory settings.I have also tried to repare the software threw Xperia companion.With no luck. Any thoughts?

I would recommend you to contact your Local support for help with sending your device to a local service center for a technician to look at it. As this is a Global user based support forum, I'm afraid that I do not have market specific information to the extent that they do, which is why it is best to get in touch with your local team.

Looks like your fingerprint scanner popped off of its socket (right under power button itself).
