Hello,
I think the Z5 locks the phone back too fast when you open the camera from lockscreen and do not immediately make a photo or start recording a video. If you wait just a little for adjusting the motive or wait for something camera closes and the z5 is locked again.
I think you should make the time for it longer in the next update.

Thank you for the hint with safe mode!
I found the app causing the issue:
Glimpse Notifications with Settings set to 5s for keeping Display on on a new notification.

30 seconds like mentioned in the thread you referred me to would be great. It is nit more than 3 seconds on my device.
Can someone please check on his Z5 Compact?
Just start the camera by pressing the camera button while your phone is locked. Or start the camera with the camera icon in right lower corner on lockscreen. And tell how long the phone stays unlocked without taking any photo.
It is just 2 or 3 seconds here.

Just tested on a Z5 compact and it is 30 seconds (- or + 0.5 perhaps). Boot in safe mode and check if the same occurs.

I tried and you are right it stays about 30s in safe mode.
So an app is possibly causing this. Is there a way if finding out which without uninstalling 1 by 1
