I can't unlock my phone

I dont remember my password so I cant unlock my phone. I try to repair it with Xperia Companion (i can't because the program said that my phone is lock xd) and I try to make a hard reset (with the home and low-volume buttom). What can I do?

Hi @Niq, welcome to our forum!

When using Xperia Companion to remove the screen lock of a device, make sure that the device is not connected to the computer and it's not powered on when you start with the repair. You will be notified by the program when you should connect the device to the computer again, however it will need to be turned off for the duration of the repair.
