Headphone Problem

When I plug in my headphones the cell phone doesn't recognize them, so the music still sounds on the cellphone's speakers

Try see carefully if any dirt is blocking the headphone socket if everything is clear try test it in safe mode to see if it works.

Hi @Diegos000, sorry to hear about this.

I can see that you have already received some great suggestions from @NunoSEN2, however I wanted to ask you if the headphones that you are using with your device, have they previously worked or is it a completely new pair? If they are new, do you still have the old ones at hand and you can try connecting them to the device? Just to make sure that it's not the headset that is the culprit.
