I've been using the feature do not disturb until the next alarm everynight before I go to sleep and I find it very useful, it silences and stops all vibration and the feature automatically turns off when the alarm goes off every morning, it's so annoying now that after the update this feature is gone, I have to manually silencing the phone and have to remember to turn off the mode every morning, I been getting miss calls and messages because of this.
How do I bring back the feature?
I regret so very much for the update, I resisted the update for so long because it ain't broke but I finally gave in because the phone keeps bugging me to update. Also the swipe up for google search is gone too instead they use hold done on home button, what's wrong with swipe up???

The Google Now problem is a UX problem.
In a scenario where all Android phones are having On Screen Trio it was easy to initiate "NOW" on accidental swipe. Because its all under the same piece of glass you could easily slide and activate "NOW"
This can, however, be subjective.
A Hold is much more intentional. Although it takes away some speed. To me though swiping just looked more fancy and fast. But hold is more practical.
Do not disturb until next alarm has been discussed here:

I'm not sure that it was. The OP was the same as this thread, but then the topic changed to allowing contacts to call during DND.
The feature to end DND at next alarm is still missing!
The do not disturb function used to let me have sound on for calls and texts, but nothing else. That option won't work now - any ideas?
that's still there. just click on More settings and you can select that calls and messages still come through.
