Unable to play any music or video files. My walkman can open and select a song, but does not play, sa me eith video! :-?

Also how did you obtain the files? Did you upload them from a computer, download them from online, or transfer them in another way, etc

It maybe that the audio and video file are corrupted as they aren't being played on other apps as well.

YouTube, mails, whatsapp, nothing works. Even tested my audio in the diagnostics.

Have you transfered the audio/video to a computer and played them? I suggest you do in order to eliminate whether or not the file are the issue.

Have you unlocked the bootloader or installed an intrusive app? Where are you storing your music and videos?

I installed the latest software yesterday, only downloaded my Lifelog app. But after this I was able to listen to music and I was on YouTube.
