Can't transfer files via Bluetooth to laptop and vice versa

I have a Xperia Z5, and from a while ago I can't transfer files via bluetooth to my laptop and otherwise. I used to this all the time with my Xperia Z3 to the same laptop, and now, with the Xperia Z5 I can't for some reason. When I try to send from laptop (they are already paired) to cellphone, it only shows that the picture are waiting to be accepted on the cellphone, but on the cellphone nothing appears. Same when I try to send from cellphone, it shows that are waiting for laptop to accept, but nothing appears on laptop.

I already updated the bluetooth driver from laptop, and it works with other phones.

yep! They are already paired.

to narrow down the issue, could you transfer files from another device with your phone and your computer?

Did you ever get this problem sorted out?

I have just got a Z5 Compact and although paired as you said, neither the phone nor the computer will transfer files (eg jpg files).

In the past I have done this with several Sony phones, piece of cake.

Now, with this one, no, and very frustrating.

I also have currently a Sony XA. This phone is successful with my computer. But from phone to phone I have tranferred files as well, although not a seamless operation. The Z5 seems to be the problem.
