hey jake, sorry for the delay , yes i did, several times. tried auto install also after manual didn't work.

any way, i have updated to Windows 10 several day ago  and since than the phone interacts prefect with my PC,

don't know why or how, probably somthing wrong with my Win7 installation.

just wanted to tell you about the solution if any one else got those problems, and nothing else works.

Set the Driver path to C:\Windows\WinSxS and then disabled Driver signature enforcement.

Hi mydarling,

You could try downloading the MTP drivers from Developer world Go to the Device Manager find your handset in the list, right click and press Update Driver. Press  Browse find the unzipped driver file path and then follow the instructions.

Do you have an N or KN-version of Windows 7?

The MTP-driver is a part of the Windows installation but if you have an N or KN-version it might not be included. In this case, try to download the Media Feature Pack for N/KN from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16546

It should install the MTP-driver in that case.
