je viens à vous car depuis 2 jours, j'ai un problème avec mon Xperia Z5 Compact que je n'arrive tout simplement pas à comprendre .... Depuis Vendredi matin, je ne peux casiment plus chargé mon portable lorsqu'il est allumé mais que quand il est éteint. Et ma batterie se vide en à peine 6h ...
Il arrive, au bout du multiple rebranchage du cable (au bout de 8 à 15 fois) qu'il se charge en étant allumer mais c'est assez bizarre quand même ....
Serait-ce la batterie qui serai morte ?
Je vais tenter de récupérer mes données et faire une remise à niveau usine mais est-ce que cela vous ai déjà arriver ?
Je tiens à préciser que j'utilise comme base une base sony pour recharger, il y a just le cable USB/Micro Usb que j'ai racheté qui n'est pas du Sony : est-ce que ça viendrai de là ?
J'aimerai savoir avant de racheter un portable car ça fait plus de deux an que je l'ai acheté, je ne pense pas que la garantie soit d'actualité....
