Battery percentage dont change

İ have a sony xperia z4 My phone charged but battery percentage didnt change.It is always same 20% it doesnt increase. Battery indicator led always red. How can i solve this problem please help me.

Hi @malio, sorry to hear about that.

Could you try discharging the battery until it turns off, then press and hold the OFF-button next to the SIM area until it vibrates 3 times - and now charge it fully while it's turned off? Once full, boot your device and check if the battery percentage has been calibrated.
