Battery Not Charging!

when i charge the battery of my xperia z3 it always stops at 60% and there is no way to bypass this level!? Although it is a new phone and in the begining it had 100%! Could it be after an xperia-update?

For the moment I cannot bypass the 60%!?

Hi @horsepower, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried charging the device when it's powered off and see if it charges past 60%? Make sure that you use the original charger and cable that was included with your phone.
