I have a Sony Xperia Z5 and have had it since June 2016, it still looks like a new phone and it is still fast and works really well except for the battery. I now have to charge it at least 3 times a day. If I leave my house at 8am the battery will be down to about 20% by 11am and this is on Battery Saver mode. I have to carry a portible battery charger everywhere I go as life support for my phone now. I'm not sure what caused it, I think either constant heat of the weather or just charging it once a day for nearly 2 years. This problem has only just started recently and I was wondering if there was any way to fix it without getting the battery replaced. I am not one of these people who are constantly glued to their phone either, it can be in my pocket for most of the time and the battery still drains. I don't leave apps open often and it is now always on Battery Saver mode just so it doesn't go to 20% any faster.
