Active Sync Problem - slow push

Hi

I'm using the brand new Z5 Premium with Active Sync (Microsoft Exchange Online). The E-Mail push notifications come very late, sometimes many minutes later. What could be the problem?

Hi @Rickard

I have removed the account from email app and I cannot finish activesync configuration due to "Login error. Check your user name and password and try again". I have tried multiple times, with "@gmail.com" in user name and so on but not going forward. I am out of ideas now.

Previously account was set up via "Login via Google" button.

My activesync settings:

Domain\username:

\mygmailusername

Password:

mygmailpassword

Exchange server:

m.google.com

Use SLL: YES

Accept all SSL: NO

Use clients certificate: NO

Port: 443
