Touch screen problem

Guys, I got a Xz2 yesterday in Hong Kong and i noticed the touchscreen sensitivity issue when i play pubg or other fps games, i can't even aim anymore, tiny movement has no response on this phone.

i have checked out some people have also found out this problem but there is no solution at all.

Did anyone has tried the Android P and fixed the problem? It's very annoying problem for gaming, thank you guys🙇🙇

You might be to apply a glass screen protector.

There are some reports from many users that the latest firmware (ending with .265) has fixed this issue. Hopefully, you can confirm it did with your problem too.

Same issue.The touchscreen sometimes accept no touches.In everey game i installed the same problem.best to way is to use clicker games.After Z1 up to Z5Premium,this was my last Sony Phone.I send it back tomorrow.Look at xda for this problem....well known.Then this awful fingerprint location...ay....not sure wht these developers smoked.

After yesterday update to 51.1.A.11.26 firmware it is fixed for me. Now I play games with no issues. Of all firmwares till now 51.1.A.4.265 firmware touch screen problem was the worst. I sometimes couldn't play games at all. Now it is OK.

update to latest firmware should solve your issue...I had same problem and was so close to sending my phone back and calling it a day with Sony....but the night before I was due to return it I iit did an automatic firmware update and phone problem disappeared instantly.
