Open your Messaging app, then tap on the 3-dots icon on the top right corner -> Settings -> Advanced -> Enable "Get SMS delivery reports" option.

Note that your network provider might control/disable this option from their side.

I finally found the solution :

- First, go in "parameters" in the mobile phone

- uninstall "accueil xperia" (in english maybe "start xperia" or something like that

- then go to the playstore and force to reinstall the app now

My SMS issue is not solved at the moment... I cannot understand why... It seems that the problem comes from "Google message" which is not able to be configured with advanced options. Unfortunately there are no "stock" app for SMS that could solve my problem.
