Mobile data issue after update oreo

I am xz premium user. After upgraded android oreo and I was find a issue about mobile data. It is a problem of when I using data usually. And data will disconnect around 1-2minutes sometimes, (but the status bar is show me normally, I use 4G network service) then it will reconnect after 1-2minutes. Anyone can tell me what happen of my phone? Thanks you! 

P.s. it just happen in android 8.0

Got XA1 recently, it asked to update to Android 8.0. I agreed. 

No mobile data after upgrade. 

Did reset, fresh reinstall without my apps, reset again. 

Nothing helps.

Are you shure mobile data is switched on?

You can find the setting in:

settings-> mobile network & internet -> data usage -> mobile data

Report back please if this is the magic switch for you.

Yes, sure mobile data was switched on. But it did not work.

Finally I've fixed it by downloading MMS (via WiFi).

Settings-> Network & Internet - > Internet Settings
