LockScreen issue

Hi,

i setup LockScreen messages not to be shown on a screen when it is locked.
It orks mostly fine for any other app except WhatsApp!

All WhatsApp messages are still shown
Sony please fix the issue.

I can't recreate this issue, double check the app permissions

In settings - - > notifications - - > WhatsApp - - > On LockScreen option = Hide confidential information in notifications



Now I switched this option to "Do not show any notifications"

what if you restart the phone > change the security settings to show all notifications > restart the phone > change it to hide sensitive information.

After changing it to do not show any notification it was still showing it!!!
Now I am restarting the phone as you suggested

I noticed after some time these notifications started to show on a lock screen again. 
And I did not change anything. 

The complete solution was to also change the same setting in What's App application.

However it is strange that application's setting takes over the System (Android) setting, no?
