Started appearing after the latest software update. Comes and goes, but only when turning on the screen after a few minutes with the screen off. Usually able to get it to go away by turning the screen off and on a few times, but sometimes that doesn't work and I have to wait for it to go away on it's own.

Anyone else having this issue? Is it software related or a hardware problem?

Do you have any developer options on?

do you experience the same while on safe mode?

you can also repair the phone with PCC

Completed the repair process. Just have the stock software with no other apps but the screen issue is still there. Guessing this means it's a hardware issue... 😞

Unfortunately, I'm in the US so no local support for the Z5C. Will have to pay to ship it back to Asia for servicing from the retailer there

I'm sorry to hear that, but that's correct, warranty it's only available in the country it was bought

Just got a new z5 and then is happening constantly. Its ready anything since ive changed from samsung and my old phome is working bother. Please sort it or i will have to ditch it.
