Recently I had accident fall down with my new Sony Z5, my device back panel broken, I have taken my mobile to Sony Service centre tambaram Chennai, they told give the mobile we will send to factory to change back panel, same I did. After one day they told we have checked with factory there no spare available for my mobile back panel come and get back your decive, come back after one month we will check for spare availability. Now I'm using broken device I need to change my back panel, kindly provide share the status when I will get my spare ASAP.
