Hello, I had on 29.11.2016 with my sony a repair order for my xperia z5 in order give on 01.12 came the packaging and on 02.12 I brought it to the post, but have no shipping proof of those get .. Now dives the repair Order neither with my support on nor I get an email that it arrived at sony in düsseldorf still sontwas. Now I ask myself what went wrong?
