Xperia Z1 C6902 hangin problem

Hi All,

My Xperia Z1 C6902 getting hang up after updated to Lollipop. It is getting hang up at starting and get switch off. After restarting got hang up within 1 sec and got switch off. I have shown it to service center, he is saying you have to replace motherboard worth rs. 15000/-. Please tell me the solution for this.

Apart hardware,maybe a software problem too.

Before you send it for repair,try a software repair first

Download and install PC Companion

http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

Connect your phone to your pc via usb cable > Open PC Companion > Press Software Update > Press on a small blue line "Repair my phone/tablet" > Wait for repair(Follow the instructions on screen)

After repair see if theres any difference.

Give us an update once you done the software repair

Actualy I have already update it from kitkat to lolypop. But still it is getting hanging problem I shown it to service center too for software update. But after updating software from service centre it is again hanging up. He is simpl saying that you have to sent mobile to sony. Please reply...... to solve issue.....
