Xperia M5 - Camera and Restore - Issues

Hello, I have a problem with my Xperia M5, the camera began to activate itself every five minutes, so I will restore the phone normally, I mean, in "Settings -> Restore to factory mode" (can not remember the menu but it was everything right from the phone). Now a new problem, not charging the battery, and ran out. And try to connect it directly to the wall charger also try charging via USB, and try to "revive" with Sony Companion and not working. Being connected to the charger the phone tries to start, showing the "Sony Xperia" screen and after a few moments off and on again but with the image of a "dead battery" is not the image of the "charging battery". And I tried to press and hold the button "Power" + "Volume Up" and three vibrations occur, first 1 and then 3 consecutive vibrations. But not so recharge. It seems that the phone is not completely off and whenever it detects energy trying to complete the restoration. But not recharge. I forgot to mention that the battery is depleted when the phone was trying to restore. Any ideas? What I can try? Thanks and regards.

Repair the phone with Sony PC Companion but before that let the phone charging for several hours.

Thanks for the reply .. but not charging.

I hope to explain myself better, the phone is completely discharged and when I plug in the charger, instead it stays off and charging, the phone is started. I left and connected throughout the night but the phone just tried to light, it was restarting alone; at times it appeared a picture of a discharged battery.

Although completely exhausted the battery, I think his primary signal to RECEIVE energy is "start" instead of staying off.

I do not know what else to do, in fact I want to recharge the battery completely.

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours.

Thanks again for help and answer, I think I have already tried what you say. But I'll redo.

My question and concern is that the battery charging is not displayed, just keeps restarting, and the only thing shown is the message "Sony Xperia" And a battery with depleted energy.

Regards.

Removed the SIM and SD cards and try again.

Unfortunately no charge. Certainly also try removing the SIM and SD card, but not working.

It seems that the phone does not "know" the "off" state, really do not know what happens. The phone battery is fully discharged and when I plug in the charger not remains off, automatically is "start" but does not work because the battery has no power and only performs automatic restarts.

I do not know what is happening, I think I have tried everything humanly possible. I'm sure if I could get the battery recharged to 100% could restore my phone. I think has some kind of "demon" that automatically says "start" and not let it stay off.

I think I'll have to start talking about the warranty.

Thank you very much for the support and likewise if someone comes and I suggest some other method to suggest I try; I wish I could share it with me.

Regards.
