Hello,

I bought Z5 a few days ago and updated it via PC companion to MM 6.0 and then reset it to make sure everything works fine. However, I have two issues which I would appreciate if someone advises:

1- Each time I need to click on my trusted WL so that my phone connects to it! Why not automatically?

2- Each time I connect to WL, I get an error in notification saying " WLan has no internet access! Tap for options" and when I tap and check it not to appear again next time I coonect to this WL, it does appear next time!

When connected I can notice my WL displays "connected, no internet" while I do have intenet and can browse web. Meanwhile, I have exclamation mark next to WL icon which I know it is because it can't reach Google servers ( as I live in China and it's blocked here unless I use a VPN ).

My build number is 32.1.A.1.163.

Any comments?

Check under advanced network setting for your WLAN and look if it is flagged as automatic connect;

2)

Probably the phone tries to fetch a page to see if it is connected to network and, because it can't, says you can't reach Internet. This makes the pair with the exclamation mark near your connection icon.

it happens in proxyed network, usually.

1. It is! When I turn off and turn on wifi on my phone, it doesn't connect automatically. I can see a message below my WL name saying: No internet detected. Unable to automatically reconnect!!
2. The point is the message I receive after I connect to my WL manually. That is: WL has no internet access. Touch for options. Then I need to just dismiss this error.
