I have a certificate which is out of date GlobalSign Root CA, expired 28-Jan-14. I tried to install the replacement one (.cer extension) and it was showing in the Trusted Certificates folder, however I still got an error message: 'Trusted certificate expired or date in phone incorrect. Continue with the secure connection?' I have to confirm 'Yes', which therefore interrupts automatic checking and downloading of emails + Exchange ActiveSync. Do I need to delete the old certificate for the new one to work? Both are set as 'Active' However, whilst I have an option to delete the new downloaded certificate, the option is greyed out on the old certificate. I have now deleted the new certificate as it did not make any difference. Please can you help me with instructions on how to update expired certificates on the W995 so this warning message does not appear. I think it is interfering with Exchange ActiveSync which I need to work with hotmail but is not working at the moment.
