Unknown file appears in internal and external memory

That is a folder named ".HhTjqSRo6dybqDAV2ImUSREmnZU="

It contains ".nomedia"

Shows only in windows explorer. I can't see it in phone's file manager

Can anyone tel me what is that file. Is it a virus? Is it Harmfull?

It is not harfmul,it stores what you want to hide from your media managers.You can find it with file explorers if you check to see hidden files.

But it started to appier before few days ago. and i used my phone atleast 6 months without this file. Apart from that I don't need to hide any thing from media managers

yes and deleted, But after reboot it appiers again

It is by default there I think.Maybe you did not see it until now.

you find it in what folder?

some folders that storage media after deleting  its medias will show that file..that file size is zero

It is not in any folder. Directly placed in SD card and internal storage
