Hi all,
My daughter's M2 somehow loses SIM card after a while, so I was trying to repair (Factory reset) with PCC however, I am unable to do repair proce4ss with PCC.
If i connect the phone with power-on to the PCC then to select repair, it shows "no software ......." and cannot do the process.
If I connect the phone with power-off, and selecting repair, it shows dialog to select the phone and then to couple more steps then when it comes to recycling the power of the phone, it does not recognize the phone no matter what I do, so I cannot proceed further steps.
Seems like there many issues with PCC, what really going on with SONY Phones?
Anybody has suggestions???
