Touch Screen Problem for Xperia C4

My xperia c4's touch isn't working properly..its just the way like the one in the video

I've even removed screen guard..
I tried reinstalling the software by xperia companion, but it didn't fixed the problem..How to fix this?

since you already done a software repair and it didn't fixed it,. I think its time to have your phone checked at your local service center Local support
