My experia J power button did not respon. If I want to activate my pohone it had to be charge to usb firs so the screen active and I can use my phone. What should I do then? Thank you
As uliwooly said it do sound as if this is hardware related and in that case your phone needs to be repaired. Your Local support team will have more information on where you can find an authorised service center in your area.
