System apps not responding

Sorry to hear that you have issues with your phone.

Does this also happen if you restart your phone in safe mode? To do this, hold the on/off button while the phone is on and then tap and hold the shutdown option.

I took the liberty of creating a new topic of your issue since it seems to be another issue than the one in the thread you found.

Yeah even in safe mode it did. I've now upgraded to a different android phone and have no problems now.
