hello, i would first like to point out that this problem has occured before and during the time i had the phone, water has never been able to get inside the device and i have only drop this phone about 3 times on a heaight of less than 1 ft. when i first got my phone it was working perfectly fine, one month later i had this problem where i restarted my phone. it would load perfectly until it would get to the loading part (the one with the moving waves and purple/ blue background) and it would just be all black, i know it is on because in the dark, i can see the shade of black is different from a turned off phone to just a black frozen stuck screen. i freaked out and brought it to my carrier and they fixed it a month later and returned it to me. now this issue has returned 2 months later (which is today), although, it only stays on the loading screen (where the waves move with lavender background) and the waves would just keep moving. it would not take me to my homescreen. tried rebooting it/ system repairing ( off button and volume key) and it is still stuck. tried sony companion but the device is not found and it just keeps searching for it. i don't know how sony fixed my phone for the first problem, but if i am able to fixed it at home, i can gladly try or if there are any other ways to fix this, please help. otherwise i might have to take this phone again to my carrier and wait another month with no phone.
