Software update crashed new Z5

Hello, my z5 can be determined by software update, it no longer start and the led flashes red  can all the time.

The 2 minutes start does not work. 

I bought it only today and it was the standards software updates after the first start on Andriod 6.0

what can i do?

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours

I have already done that. the charger only flashes the whole time the red led. 

because of that, i do the 2 Minutes restart, and it doesen´t work too.

Try different chargers or wall chargers, if nothing works then contact your Local supportor exchange it at the store

Hehe, join the club! Still waiting to fix the bluetooth streaming for 4 months now..maybe time to give up on sony.

Don't forget to mention the auto brightness bug which washes out the screen and fades colours!!!! Its taken 9months and still not fixed in 32.2.a.0.224
