Screen rotation doesn't work anymore

Hi guys, my screen rotation has stopped working. Started about 1 week ago. Ive turned the phone off several times but it still doesn't work. Ive restored the phone to factory reset but still no solution. Ive also run diagnotics and the gyroscope works, but no screen rotation. Please help?

I'm sorry to hear that.

When you restored your phone to factory settings did you do so through the phone's Settings menu? If so I'd suggest that you also try to perform a software repair using PC Companion.

If the screen rotation still doesn't work after this then your phone should get sent to one of our authorised service centers for further examination. You can contact your Local support team for further information on how to proceed if need be.

I've just finished peforming an software repair and unfortunately the screen rotation is still not working.

Looks like i'll have to send it in.
