I know its been a while now but i have been busy and my phone still gave me problems. After our last conversation things have jsut gotten worse. The problems i have mentiones previously have persisted and worsened. I took my phone back in and it was sent away to the advanced repair centre and after waiting for a while and having been without a phone (what an inconvenience) for a whie i get called in to collect "my phone", turns out it was an exchange phone, aparently they were unable to fix my phone and issued me with an exchange one (what does that even mean?). They didnt even tell me what was wrong with my phone just that it coud not be fixed. Anyway so the exchange only lasted about a week and a half maybe two weeks but by last i mean with random restarts once or twice but then it got worse, and by worse i mean off. I got to work on the Thursday of easter weekend and took my phone out my pocket to check the time and it was what i believed to be off, which i found strange as i had charged it fully the night before, so i tried turning it on and nothing, then i removed my sim card and memory card and tried turning it on again and still nothing. I took my phone in on that Thursday and have been without a phone ever since. All they said was was that it had to be sent in again, it aprently now, is still in the advanced repair centre. This has just become a nightmare, what a disaster and such an inconvenience, how long have i been without a phone now. So dissapointed in Sony, so bad that I wanted to say that i regret buying a Sony phone and ive always been a Sony fan. To think we pay so much money for this.
