Rinetone problem

Dear all
Please help me after i update software to 6.0.1 my ringtone didn't work just receive call notification without sound

try to check your settings.

make sure DND is not active

run Xperia Diagnostics to see if there are problem with the speaker

try to perform another software repair using PCC or Xperia Companion

I run diagnostic speaker and the result is fail
