power button does not respond

hi, yesterday i have dropped my xperia z3 phone, and right after i dropped it the power button stopped working, i can no longer switch it off or restart it. im afraid if it turnes off now that i wont be able to turn it on again. Is there anything i can do to fix it if it's not a physical damage before i send it to the service center?

run Xperia diagnostics, to see if it still detected,

as most likely it is a hardware problem, so your best option is to have it checked at your local service center Local support

If this happened right after a drop it is highly likely that it is a hardware fault. Do try @nolramlb's suggestion, but based on the information you have provided I think you will need to arrange a repair with your local support team.
