Pls help, back-home buttons is not working

Hi there, im having a problem with my z1, the back and home button are continuosly tapping even if i dont tap them, i already tried to reset to factory setings but it didnt fix the problem, i cannot use my phone bec of that, pls help me

Yes, before, but i already removed it, still the same problem

Just to be sure, there's no physical damage on your phone such as hairline cracks?

Ive followed the instructions to safe mode, but im still having the same problem =(

No issue if the original screen has any cracks, but the protective glass i used before has many cracks on it, thats why i removed it

you might want to double check, as there might be hairline cracks as @CameronT said

What do u mean by hairline cracks, very very thin cracks,?? If it doe
s have, what would be the solution?

Yes, thin cracks, if it has cracks then you will have to contact your Local support to get the device repaired
