Phone keeps restarting

just got the brand new base modle xperia (cant remember what it is called) and im already having issues less then a week since i bought the phone, when i power it up it will say us has failled, and then die, will start back up and run fine for about a minuite and same thing will happen again

I am sorry to hear about your issues. Can you please try remove your SIM card and SD card and see if you can power the phone on?

hi cameron the phone will power on and off perfectly fine as it is right now. just keeps shutting off on me

sorry i read that wrong, both are on and powering up fine

says on the screen "unfortunitly system UI has stopped" and there is something in the background about an update @cameront

Based on this, I recommend you try a software repair.

says it wont run because its 32 bit?

Xperia Companion is only available on Windows 7 and up and OSX 10.8 or higher. What operating system to you have?

not a clue probabaly older

fired it up in safe mode and it seems to work fine in it...
