Phone book contacts are saved but not displayed

Trying to add phone numbers to my phone book but it saves them but still not in my phone book never had this problem before

When you add a new contact, you can press on the option below the last name to select where to save your contacts,  save on  Google contacts (or other contacts accnt) and phone contact, if you want to save to your simcard, you need to download an app on google play store

Are your filters hiding any account contact lists?
