My phone doesn't charge and doesn't start..

After  dipping my phone in water for about 10 seconds at a depth of 15 cm, the touch screen went crazy. Brightness was at its maximun ignoring the ambient light sensor. 20 minutes later the phone was off. I thought was the battery, but before this, the battery was at 60 %. I let it in rise for two days, but it doesn't start or charge the battery. Is dead. Two times, when I connect the usb charger a red led light turns on, but turns off after a few seconds. Any help?????

I'm sorry to hear that but if the covers weren't firmly closed or if the phone has physical damage, like cracks, the phone won't be waterproof, contact your Local support and request a vacuum test, that will prove who is at fault, if the phone has manufacturing issues, or if you didn't firmly closed the covers.
