Missing options

Hello,  I wanted to mention I'm missing very important two options

1. I have to choose the sim card each time I make a phone call

2. The phone doesn't vibrate when the call is answered 

I had htc 620g dual with kikat version,  it really was better becaise it had those options

Any upgrade to have those options?

I don't think the vibration at call is available on the Xperias. You need to download a different phone app:
