My sony xperia sp smartphone's ear speaker is not working at all while the external speaker works only when phone is put on loudspeaker,during a call.
Also the mic of my sennheiser cx275s has also stopped working on my device (it is working perfectly fine on other smartphones though) while the sound produced by phone's microphone at other party end,is too feeble to be heard.
All this problems,according to my thinking(which is just a pure guess as i have done the following thing a million times and nothing wrong ever happened before), might have occured when i pulled the data cable out of my xperia while the charger was still switched on(i think that might be the reason for speaker issue as well because my data cable also got damaged and is now inoperational).I have already done factory reset and even flashed custom ROM nothing happened.
Please advice a solution to fix this,as i love my xperia alot and don't want to discard it.
