Messages lost on mobile

Messages which I save as drafts then I add to and become multi media messages disappear from my phone without me deleting them, can I retrieve them

You can't, if you don't finish a message, it should be saved as draft, unless you restart the phone, clear the cache, etc.

Welcome to the community.

There is no function in the phone by default that will allow you to retrieve unsaved drafts.

Let me just ensure that you know my problem. After multi media messages are saved as drafts on my phone they have just disappeared without me deleting them.

Could be the messaging app playing up.

Go to Settings > Apps > All > Messaging > Clear Data > Force Stop then try again.
