International Version Repair

I had my phone for two weeks when I cracked the screen.  Then the USA center did say they could do the repair but will take longer to get parts.  Then it took 4.5 months but they returned with no charge.  However, the camera does not work.  Great to have a phone again...but a large reason to get the phone was the size and to take really good pictures.

USA support will not repair (even though I am pretty sure it happened during the previous repair).

So....how do I find a place to repair the phone?  Where do I go and who do I contact?

@Rilesman you could contact them again & ask if the phone was tested prior to returning it back to you....you could also try a  Software Repair....what exactly are the symptoms of the camera not working...

You should contact them again and also the BBB regarding this, assuming that the damage/issue is/was due to the repair not owner.

If you bought your phone in China then the warranty only apply there.
