Internal Speaker Problem

I am having xperia t mobile.

some time i can't hear from my internal speaker of the phone when i am reciving calls.

when i switch to external speaker its works fine when i come back to internal i can't hear any thing.

any idea ?

I have the same message and the Diagnostics App shows Ear speaker fail. What do I have to do? Necessarily. Is it to replace the internal speaker?

In play google search for "Xperia diagnostics" but must already be installed on your mobil Xperia T.

no my internal speaker it compleatly not working......

I'm having the same problem. The internal speaker was working fine yesterday. Now, after updating the phone to 9.1.A.1.140 I cannot hear anything through the internal speaker (neither the ringing when I call someone or the person on the other end). It works when I put it on the external speaker.

1. The internal speaker showed me when I tasted failure with Diagnostics app, after noticing that he heard nothing when to a call (that delusion).:smileysad:

2. Today, I did the test with app Diagnosctics handsfree connected and did the test microphone and handsfree headphones was satisfactory and did the same test after the phone without handsfree, and now the internal speaker works.:smileyhappy:

Note: When my mobile had performed the test fails and with Dignostics app, and cell closer to my ear and heard a noise like interference, it was as if the internal speaker was locked.

Yes, that worked for me too. I plugged in my headset and did the test again. When I then unplugged the headset again the test also worked with my internal speaker.

This is all a bit strange but at least it seems to be working again!

Dear All

sony start using new headset jack in its mobile. and its deferent than the old one.

i think my problem is when i plugin another headset from samsung and its break something in the jack and maybe because of bad quality of the jack so my phone start detect that the headset is connected although its not. so the internal speaker will not work. and i think this is the problem.

i think that its hardware problem.

my phone start working fine by itself, when the problem come back i think i have to go repair ir.
