Help, help, help. My phone has been infected with a virus

I switched off my phone and pressed the power and down buttons. I then saw some things written in Chinese language. I scrolled through till I now have two sentences in Chinese, now the phone could not switch off.
Please help me.

Hi @SK14,

Booting your phone while pressing the volume down (-) key should put it in safe mode where all third-party apps are disabled.

If you are unable to power it off try pressing the power key and the volume up (+) key at the same time until the phone vibrates. This should force a power off, then try powering on your phone normally again.
