Functoins/Advanced functions/programs/apps installed on Experia Z2/Verizon tablet..............

Bear with me hear, because this is my first post to a Sony forum.  I purchased this Sony Xperia Z2 Verizon tablet thinking that it would be very user friendly and the functionality would be easy to figure out.  Or at least that is what Sony told me initially.  I have fooled with this tablet now for a week and I have discovered that it has a ton of regular/advanced features and ways to manipulate files/apps.  I find it amazing that when you call Sony tech. support, they will not explain these functions to you.  So my question is, how is one supposed to learn what all these functions do and mean?  I have spent hours/hours online searching for the smallest of answers with no success.  I tried searching the web for a Sony tablet support group or tech. support group and there isn't such really.  If anyone could give me some insight into this, I would be most appreciative.  I'm simply trying to learn this tablet and having an impossible time finding answers.

Hello, I'm going to throw this out in the air due to frustration, but also in hopes that others will respond and learn from this.

I have had this Verizon Z2 tablet for 2 months and had nothing but trouble with it.  The 2 main issues are processor issues and battery/battery charging issues.  The charging/battery issue has gotten steadily worse where as the processor practically shuts down at very unpredictable times.  Plus this unit always wants to bounce off my WIFI connection onto my cellular connection for no explainable reason.  At this time, the battery will only charge to 28% and that takes all day to do that.  If I am using the unit, it has to stay plugged in otherwise it goes dead.  Having said all this, I have been through every trouble shooting method you can think of.

Now, Verizon says that it is Sony hardware failure, which I do believe.  But Sony says take it back to Verizon, but, in reality, they refuse to take it back because they say Sony is the one to replace the unit with a new one.

I got an email from a Sony Mobile manager and she offered to upgrade me to the new, best model, WIFI version only, of the new Z4 tablet.  Simply because this particular model Z2 has had so much trouble.  I have taken pristine care of this unit, so I certainly did not cause it to fail.

Furthermore, I keep getting shifted from one person to another within Sony.  I hope a Sony supervisor reads this post because if I do not have a new, best model, WIFI only, Z4, black, model by next Friday, then I obviously have no choice to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau/Attorney General since Sony now claims not to have an executive customer relations team any longer.
