Front Camera Issue

Dear everyone,

My front camera has issue. I turn on the soft skin mode on, but the image isn't smooth. And ofcourse turn off the mode, the image will remain the same. Can someone help me or has any resolution in the past?

Can you explain "not smooth" in your situation? Is it grainy? Become darker?

If your pictureis taken under low light,then the smooth skin effect does not take much effective and might appear grainish.

Anyway,you could reset the camera

Go to Settings > Apps > Swipe to the most right to "All" section > Scroll down and tap on "Camera" and NOT "Cameras" > Tap on Clear Cache,Clear Data and Force Stop.

Then restart your phone and see if
theres any changes.
